Information collected
When you send the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number if you leave one, company type and what you need. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit the number of submissions and is not stored with what you send.
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used only to contact you about Lacwork. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box in the form. Without ticking it the form cannot be sent, and this does not affect your viewing the site.
Recipients and transfers abroad
The information is sent to the mailbox of CÔNG TY TNHH MTV LACNEX through website infrastructure and email providers. These providers may process data on servers located outside Vietnam. We do not sell your information and do not share it with others for advertising.
Retention
Up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless you ask for earlier deletion or the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may view, correct or request deletion of your information and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@lacnex.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Data inside the Lacwork product
This policy does not apply to data in a company's workspace. That data is governed by the agreement between CÔNG TY TNHH MTV LACNEX and the company.
